About KCM

Understanding the need for quality management education in Nepal, Kathmandu College of Management was established in 1997 as the first college to introduce BBA program.

The prospect of business was growing in the country and this called for young minds to understand the corporate sector in terms of the global perspective. Thus, the mission of the college was to instill in students an academic rigor that would prepare them to meet the challenges and avail of opportunities in the international arena.

Keeping this in mind, the endeavor at KCM has been to present a challenging environment with its courses, faculty and resources. The focuses has been to produce management graduates who can effectively contribute to the world of business by realizing their potential to the maximum. Our Alumni will be informed, competent, creative, confident and ready to take on challenges of the world in all its diversity.
