About Bsc. (Hons) Computing
Through the development of new applications in science, engineering, and business, Computer Science is radically changing the way in which we experience our world. This Programme equips students with the skills needed to contribute to this exciting and rapidly evolving field.
Computer Science is one of a kind Programme which is delivered over 3 year period and session runs in a trimester fashion, allowing students to study 28+ core computer science subjects such that and students could further adopt with their changing interests. Furthermore, a continuous focus on Industry driven trainings and University mandated requirement for internship and placement every year allows students to acquire more specialized skills by the end of second and third years.
Students will gain not only knowledge and practical experience of the latest technologies through practical session and training workshops, but also a grounding in the underlying principles of the subject through regular lectures. It is this combination of skills that enable our graduates to keep pace with this fast moving subject, and secure rewarding careers that can be pursued not only in Nepal but almost anywhere in the world.
